Me and my kids have been going there for a while now when Dr. Thompson was there….. The reception there rude/not polite……. I do owe a balance a lady called me a few weeks ago (from a collection agency) about the balance it was for $485 I had to be put on a payment plan for the debt…..I’m a single mother of 3 with a disabled son……..I called the office to receive an itemized statement for a previous date (it was requested by wellness care for IRS verification)…….. I am very pleased with the care I get at Alexandria Smile Center. Dr. Moylan is a “Super Dentist” along with his entire staff. It’s your one stop dentistry office and I appreciate that!!!!! I highly recommend them!
