RecommendedVery pleased with the service, my four girls stayed there for the first time for about four days. Pick them up they were extremely excited, happy and healthy. Loved the staff very sweet and professional. I definitely recommend keeping my girls there again.
I was not happy with how my dogs were treated during the week I left town for vacation. I picked them up and unfortunately, they were very dirty ( emphasizing that I asked them specifically to give them baths ). Also, my dogs were really scared when they see me or other members of my family do sudden movements .Knowing that they never did that before. I am really disappointed and I really hoped for a better treatment.
We recommended Alexandria Per Inn Resort & Spa 4 yrs. Ago and continue recommending it. We left our spoil Cocker Spaniel during our 21 days vacation, we were very concerned because she will not eat or drink if we are not with her, but the great attention and loving care of the staff she did great. We used them this week for the first time. The business is very secure and safe. The staff were very nice and our pup enjoyed her stay. I recommend them to anyone
First time boarding our two labs. Very clean and well maintained facilities. Staff was super friendly. Our pups seemed happy when we picked them up. Very pleased with the service we received.
Dirty, lost dog toys, didn’t let my dog out enough and she peed on pillow and came home with kennel cough
OMG... this place is so AWESOME! I have tried other locations to care for my very excitable and rambunctious 1 year old mixed pitbull/chow fur baby but they have all labeled him as non-approachable, aggressive, mean, etc. Yet the employees here at Pet Inn took the time to work with him and get to know him; so much so that when I came to pick him up from a 4 day vacation, he was even playful with the staff!
