when i was 16, my orthodontist retired and referred me to alexandria orthodontics. my full treatment had been paid off by this time. i became homeless and missed 2 consecutive appointments, they claimed to have mailed a letter offering to remove my braces before discontinuing my treatment. i’d had them for almost four years at this point. i obviously did not have a mailing address as a homeless child. i called them when i was able to, and they basically told me i was on my own and they wouldn’t do anything for me. my bracket... read more
Always friendly and helpful. Very easy to find. Willing to answer any questions about treatment and getting you in to fix any wires causing pain after adjustments.
Best place for braces 💫💙
The best place for braces. I say that because my daughter had a issue with a tooth not dropping and was sideways in the roof of her mouth. We were referred here, and they found the problem. Going on 2 years ,just had surgery. They helped with finding a surgeon that would take ins. And the after care. Polite, nice, more important. Competent. They absolutely know what they are doing.
From the process of before getting my braces and getting them taken off Alexandria orthodontics has been nothing but wonderful. Everyone is super nice and the atmosphere is extremely professional. The employees support each other as well as the patients. Thank you.
