RecommendedI love the location as well as the safety of this apartment complex. Excellent staff and great amenities!
We have lived here since August 2010 and love it! The layouts are nice and the staff is fabulous. Carmel Clay schools are top rated! Our son loves it because he has so many friends who live nearby. Best location in Carmel and close to everything! Family and pet oriented. We’ve met some nice people and our puppies have so many puppy friends! ����
I can’t even begin to list the issues here. Just do yourself a favor and don’t move here. The construction is cheap and you can hear EVERY single thing that goes on!
In the simplest way I can say: communication with management and the leasing office has been the worst I have ever seen. Had friends that were looking to move here and would not recommend with a good conscience. The amount of stress and time I have put into trying to get answers around the simplest of things is absurd. I will say, the apartment itself was nice but the communication issues we have encounter are not worth it! Stay away from this place.
