Amazing property and the staff is great!
The Alexandria of Carmel lacks the care and compassion for it's residents during a crisis. The company does not work with "paying" families to accommodate them during a global crisis. Because our lease is up my family needs to remain in place due to the health risks of COVID-19 and their health issues. I requested to extend my lease for a short period of time at the same rate but was denied. We were given two options to either sign another year lease, or pay over $450 dollars more on my rent until we are able to move freely.... read more
Had lot of issues when I lived there which still continues even after 3 years of moving out. Asked them to correct all my charges and reach out to me for final payment which did not happen and they just posted it on my account without caring to contact me. Now when I want to clear it as it shows on my background, their online payment does not work, no IT support available for their site and payments mailed to them has no date for processing. Please avoid this community for peace of mind and avoid later harassment.
