Do NOT bring your business here. I walked in, trying to get a quote for a jewelry repair service. My gold chain had snapped and I wanted to get it repaired. It was obvious that the gentleman (older, big, tall guy) who helped me didn’t care about me as the customer. He was very short and ambiguous with his answers and tried charging me $160 for a service that 2 other places quoted $50-$60. Not only that, the gentleman told me it would take a week to fix.
