I have used him year after year. I made an appt for him to come clean my carpet but needed to reschedule the time due to a conflict. Called him two times and left him a voicemail, he still showed up at my house and was extremely aggitated when I told him I left him a message to reschedule. He was SO rude to me, even after using him yearly the past 6 years. I will be finding someone else to come and clean my carpets that has a better attitude
Don't use him! Carpets are now badly water stained and it took over two days to dry with fans constantly blowing on them. Very rude. Tried to quadruple (4x) cost advertised and that I questioned on phone ahead of time. Showed up an hour early so I had not finished vacuuming then appeared agitated when I insisted I finish. Coupon ad is bogus, depends on the "upsale" to cover his costs. Repeatedly insisted on a good review for a good deal. Makes me think all the "good" reviews that I read were a result of price negotiations.
They were a NO SHOW on Sept 5, 2015 NO CALL & a NO SHOW...
