I took my brand new Cartier Bracelet to be polished with only very few minor scratches on it. I picked my bracelet up and there were brown stains all over it I took it back and they agreed to fix it for free. I dropped it back off and again picked it up with the same stains and only to be told to take it to Cartier, not once did they offer to refund my money I paid they have also damaged a very expensive bracelet. If it wasn’t something they could handle in the first place they should have told me.
I could not be happier with the customer service I received. From start to finish, Apryl was in contact with me and she was so kind. She helped me design a unique ring out of 3 of my Mother’s rings, and it’s absolutely perfect. I am so thankful. I will be able to cherish this piece it forever.
