Couldn't be happier with Brian and Dr Taghva. Brian has spend a generous amount of his time making sure every question was answered and any concern was addressed. My lumbar surgery recovery was faster and easier than expected. Pain is gone and I can function normally again. Thank you for improving my quality of life!

Dr Taghva did L4/L5 PLIF Surgery on me 7/25. I had numbness in feet , ankles , calfs and pain running down my leg. Could not walk 200 yards without sitting and taking a rest it was brutal. I saw four specialist all Neurosurgeons. They all spoke down to me in technical jargon. Dr Taghva was the last Dr I saw. He made it simple. Dr. Taghva and his team were awesome. I had tremendous lower back pain, and it was recommended that I fuse my L4 and L5 vertebrae. I wanted a second opinion and saw him and he recommended a less invasive procedure to remove a cyst that was pressing on my sciatic nerve. They were able to get me in quickly, and I had immediate relief after the surgery. I feel amazing with no more pain and I owe it to Dr. Taghva And his team!!

Run (if you can) or walk (if not), but definitely get to the best Neurosurgeon in Orange County California….. Dr. Alex Taghva! He removed my failed spinal cord stimulator after three years of misery. I wish I had known about him when I had it implanted!! He removed my implant, I’m almost 6 weeks postop and have not had one bump in the road. Next, I do Imaging. consult again about possibly (hopefully) proceed with Part II of complete lower lumbar freedom of pain! Thank you Dr. Alex! Vicki B.
