I've lived in Wellington Place for a bit under a month. I have found the staff to be extremely helpful. Caley is always there when I need assistance.

I recently moved into the Wellington place townhomes with roommates and while although the term luxury may be a smidge of a stretch they are very and well kept and a lot nicer than where I've lived previously. Caely and Meredith have been a pleasure to deal with. They're super sweet and helpful. Everything has been handled in a timely manner. Any repairs I needed were fixed the day I requested. So far my experience with the Connor group and the management have been nothing but positive.

I have lived at the Arboretum now for several years.The property is close to shops, restaurants and the bus line. The bus line picks up at the front of the property. This is especially convenient as I work Uptown. It has been a great experience thus far.

I currently live at the Arboretum in Charlotte North Carolina. I have lived at this property for almost 10 years. I have seen many changes over the past years. However I've seen the most improvements in the last 3 years with the Connor group. I Just recently renewed by lease as a matter of fact! Most recently they built a playground on the property for the children, renovated the tennis courts and updated the clubhouse. I do not use a lot of the amenities. I'm not one to write reviews, but I had to warn anyone else about staying at a property owned by The Connor Group, LLC. I had previously lived in an apartment in ******** for 2 years moved to ********** and then back to ********. I guess I didn't learn my lesson the first time I lived under Connor Group's management. The most recent time I rented a town home in Little Turtle near a golf course and Fairway, I'm sure you can figure out which property I'm referring to. They took 4 months to fix a leaky basement. In December I renewed my lease with a property the Connor Group recently took over: ******** ****. Ever since then I have had nothing but horrible and threatening encounters with upper management. Just a week into my new lease I learned I would leave my job just 2-3 months in. Knowing this, I informed the staff at the apartment complex about the situation.
