The Connor Group recently took over a property, The Flats! The Connor Group employees are extremely attentive and quick to answer any resident questions! They have done upgrades on the property to enhance the quality of living and I could not be happier! Great customer service and amazing office staff!
I am currently living at The Flats. The Connor Group purchased the property back in June and it has been great ever since! The office staff is always so friendly- they greet you every time you walk into the building. They are very timely in their response to any emails you send them, and so is the maintenance staff with service requests. They have made some great updates to the property too. I moved into this property (Aurora at Summerfield) December 2018. At first everything seemed great but several repair requests were never resolved or fixed, the biggest being leaking/raining through the window of our own apartment. They also lied about several things, changed management at least 4 times, and would hardly work with us as tenants. I currently reside at one of the Connor Group properties. The Estates of New Albany. I am very disappointed with the level of service I have received from this company. My family and I have resided at the Estates for 6 years prior to The Connor Group buying the property. Since this company took over the property we have experienced poor customer service as tenants. I rented from these people when they managed the apartments on **** ********* ********* in ******** *** All tenants were forced to get cable and Internet from Time Warner whether they liked it or not. I was billed $150 each month from this shady operator out of Dayton called FirstBilling (i.e. first in billing and nothing else). When I moved out, they slapped me with miscellaneous fees up to 200 dollars, which I had to pay. 4 years later, I found out I was charged for the set top box, which I did return to the apartment mana... read more
READ THE REVIEWS, THEY DO NOT LIE. I lived at Fairway Lakes, a complex owned by Connor group. My boyfriend and I lived here for 1 year and we saw at least 5 new leasing consultants hired in and a new property manager...that should give you the first red flag. They give current tenants "specials" and "discounts" to post good reviews for them, so proceed with caution. Took a tour and it was not quite as I expected. The leasing office looks like it is going through a few changes so at first site it seems a little blah compared to most "luxury" apartments. Upon touring a unit I was not impressed. The counter tops seemed cheap and out dated. The sprinkler system was a bit older. The apartment had evident dust accumulation and the worst part of the unit was the bathroom. The tub was dingy and unclean, the floor was marked with what looked like paint.
