RecommendedI went to tour Alexander Park today to see about living there. Amanda was super nice and friendly and helpful. It was actually one of the better tours I've been on. The amenities looked great. and the apartments looked awesome. They are definitely in my top list.

Have lived here for over a year. Great location, great pool, fun events. The staff has done a good job of being professional yet resident focused. Recently i was in a jam with need for storage space same day. Jordyn helped me out and got me all set up in no time!

I absolutely love living here. I just renewed my lease and I was excited to do so! Everything from upkeep, to events, to maintenance is awesome! The staff here is amazing - Sierra and Jordyn are always so friendly and helpful! I am excited to live another year here and more to come!

This is a great place to live!! We have only been here a few weeks, but staff Sierra and Jordyn are super kind and helpful and made us feel right at home! The apartments are updated and VERY nice. We love our 1 bedroom! Love the gym as well. A lot of other apartments have really dinky gyms, but this one has enough to actually get by. It really is a good bang for your buck. Parking is kinda rough. I will say that I am disappointed that this place doesn't recycle- and most apartment complexes in Ohio in general. I have to find... read more

We love living here! We definitely had some noisy upstairs neighbors at some point but that's normal living below someone. Since Champion took over, they are definitely hosting a ton of really fun events and wanting to make the complex a real community. The staff is so sweet and always very helpful. The pool and fitness area are always clean and ready to be used. There is a really good mix of young adults, families and older people so you get a little bit of everything here!

I work with Alexander Park frequently as a vendor. The leasing staff are wonderful and make visiting their office a great experience. Special shout out to Sierra Beverly who I have had the pleasure of working with at several properties. She takes amazing care of each and every one of her clients!
DO NOT LIVE HERE. The parking is horrible, the rent is hugely expensive for no reason whatsoever, the walls are thin, and all they want to do is take your money. They brag about how they “replace the carpet every time someone moves out”. Little do you know, that when you move out, it’s you who will pay more than $1000 to replace the carpets for the next tenants. They will not communicate with you, then send the accounts to collections so they can further effect your life and future, by having a past due account hit your cred... read more
