I hold Alexander and Associates in high regard. They addressed my Achilles' tendon issues (2 surgeries, follow-up care and PT) with the utmost of professionalism and care! All of the staff I encountered were friendly and responsive but above all, I must give kudos to Dr. Perler. He is extremely knowledgeable, stays abreast of new techniques and is down to earth. This is my 4th surgery by Dr Alexander. Another awesome job.
I live on the other coast but came back here for my second knee replacement. Dr Alexander is a very caring doctor and his staff is excellent.
The entire staff are awesome. I had a major injury that ended up with my leg being amputated. Doctor Alexander is so compassionate. On my final visit there were a lot of tears from both sides . What an impression they all made .
