Doctor Penello is down to earth will take us time to talk to you and explain things to you. although I have not seen Dr Alexander, I like him because he's a Cleveland Indians fan! I seen is offices Cleveland Indians memorabilia and jerseys posted framed and hanging on the wall I like that, because I am from Cleveland!
Dr. Penello is fantastic! I saw him for a second opinion for my wrist fracture and he had me in surgery the next day. He is skilled, knowledgeable, personable, and should be your first choice for wrist/hand injuries. I can't say enough good things about him, the staff, and my experience at Alexander Orthopedics!
The minute you enter the office of Alexander Orthopaedic Associates, you know you are in an office and practice like no other! The front desk personnel are friendly, professional, and efficient to all their patients. The doctors, PA's, X-ray technicians, MRI tech, physical therapists and scheduler are amazing. I have never experienced the professional and personal medical care that I received at Alexander Orthopaedic Associates. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional medical care.
Great doctors and great staff if I do say so myself!
My Hubby was in pain for months; not sleeping at night due to his right hand --he had numbness in the fingertips and could barley use his hand. He could not even hold his fork! He saw Dr. Penello--surgery was done within a week and Steve is back to normal! Would recommend Dr. Penello to anyone and Everyone! Very polite, knowledgeable and EXCELLENT at what he does!
I used Alexander Orthopaedic Associates for physical therapy and arthroscopic knee surgery. I cannot say enough good things about every experience I had here. I would highly recommend Dr. Alexander and his staff.
I recommend Dr. Alexander and Dr. Penello AND their entire staffs. Dr. Alexander performed successful hip replacement surgery on my wife and me about two years apart.
