The office personnel at this community complex is among the worst with customer service!!!. They are not informative at all. Out of frustration mainly because the staff did not know what they were doing regarding my application process, I ended up asking for my deposit back, which I had to pay at the time of submitting my application, along with the \$50 application fee. Management did not inform me of the requirements to apply for residency when I called, and did not know what I needed once I arrived at the rental office. I... read more
