Dr. Asim is amazing with my kids. Unfortunately, his secretary is not. She is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Should not be working in a pediatric office whatsoever. She always has an attitude.
The secretary for Dr. Asim is extremely unprofessional and rude. Not what you would expect from a pediatricians office at all. Secretary should consider a career change working at a call center in the complaint department.
The doctor is great. Very helpful. However, I’ve now tried calling the office at least 12 times to reschedule my daughters doctors appointment and no one has answered the phone and you can’t leave a message because the inbox is full. I’m confused why they offer an online platform for patients when you can’t send messages or reschedule appointments through it. Ridiculous and not acceptable! Every appointment, after an hour and a half drive showing up in good time your told you will have to wait another 2 hours plus! Wait in a 6 x 12ft. closet w 8 maskless patients for your 15 minute review. Seems Dr. Sheikh is more interested in jamming as many patients through as he can ... I gather for the fees he recieves. If he doesn't care about his patients he doesn't care about your health. Never did anything for me.
Very long wait even with an appointment. If you have sensitive mold allergies do not come here. The entire building smells like a wet basement. It's disgusting
