I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Alexander and his staff. Not only is Dr. Alexander's dental work excellent, he is also efficient, well organized, honest, and thorough. His staff is also wonderful to work with. A great group of people!

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? A couple, but not very many Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Yes, but very little Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all!
