DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The property manager is extremely unprofessional and they dont let you contact anyone else except her. There is a roach infestation that does no go away and they refuse to keep up with exterminations. The water is shut off at least three time a month due to,... I dont even know the reason anymore. I was a resident for 5 years since 2015 I will say that I have never had any real issues .My building was quiet most of the time*advantage living across the hall from the property manager Ms Wanda Graves who by the way is very considerate ,prompt and doesnt play.I must say the area around the building is not pleasant.You notice and see certain things and people you would not want to walk out your door to see everyday. Also the units need to be renovated/updated.
Slumlord, if you ask for anything fixed they will have there lawyer son contact you and ask to go over the lease.
NOISE NOISE NOISE. LOUD MUSIC AND LOUD PEOPLE 24/7. No rest
