For my father's services, 8 pieces were ordered by me, my niece and cousin. Should have been 9 but one order was not written on the invoice. Purchased a large arrangement I pre ordered days before when picked up some of the roses had black dark spots on the rose petals and weak stems. However, I hoped arrangement would last but after two days the arrangement was ruined I contacted the flower shop and spoke to Victor which stated to send pictures I did and after trying to call him after sending pictures he never answered my call nor text messages. When I called the direct flower shop I left messages for him and after almost a month still haven't heard back. Poor c... read more
