Dr. Zwart is a caring and thoroughly professional physician. Explains things so that I can understand.
Dr Zwart is THE MOST INCREDIBLE, COMPASSIONATE doctors I have ever seen. Contrary to the poor reviews some have left, I have never had any issues with his staff responding to my messages or calling in my refills. The PHARMACY is supposed to call for refills, not the patient! He is also the MOST BRILLIANT, kind doctor I have ever had.
Dr Zwart is BRILLIANT, kind and compassionate.
PA was great and said if you need anything don't hesitate to call. Not sure if the PA and Dr. Zwart are aware of how their office is managed. I was in need of my prescription and sent two requests through the portal-beginning 10 days ago. Crickets. I called their office -and any selection besides scheduling gets one into the voice mail abyss. I was promised a call back from the office manager-Crickets. There is no better internal medicine doctor available anywhere. Dr. Zwart is considered by his peers as one of the best. This man not only saved my life and brought me back from the dead, he continues to make my life better in every way. There aren't enough words in the English language to express my gratitude. Dr. Zwart is an endocrine expert and can save your life too.
If you have a thyroid condition, there's no sense in visiting this practice. Spent half an hour with a PA (who was really good, and planned to run tests), only to have doctor come in for two minutes and say (on no basis whatsoever, since there were no tests) that I was fine, and that was that.
Dr. Zwart has been thoughtful, caring and very informative with diagnosis and treatment plan. No problems with scheduling, billing or communications.
Waste of a copay. Didn't even get to see Dr. Zwart. The woman that did talk to me kept telling me diet changes I could "try" like eliminating Gluten but that there was no real proof these work. Wanted to have me get bloodwork rather than call the Dr. I went to a couple weeks before that ran a full panel, and get my results.
Seemed to have a very limited knowledge of male hormone problems... and solutions. AVOID.
