Perfect place to live!
I lived at The Alexander for two years. The first year was overall a good experience—rent was relatively low, and the building was quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, things took a turn in 2024 when a mice problem began. I raised the issue multiple times with both the building manager and the owner of my unit. While the unit owner was responsive and tried to help, the building management’s response was minimal and ineffective.
