This place treated my father excellently. The staff was knowledgeable and caring. The nurses and doctors even laughed at his bad jokes. I have been in few hospitals that treat you as well as they do. I wish all medical facilities treated patients like they treated my father.
The nurses seemed to care but I don't think the doctor cared or tried hard enough for my loved one. If you can be treated somewhere else I think you should do so.
Everything went pretty good while my son was in the burn unit , but when he got discharged they sent him home with no pain meds, then they sent him pain meds to a pharmacy that wasn't opened till Monday it's Saturday, then the nurse says to me on the phone I can't talk to you which is his mother on the phone it has to be him, well he's in so much pain he couldn't talk but when he finally called, RN says we'll Dr is busy and so is his helper, OK well can they call a Walgreens real quick for crying out loud his leg was complet... read more
Wonderful, wonderful burn center. Well staffed, folks are compassionate and extremely competent. I hope I never suffer another burn but if I do this is exactly where I will go.
