Great customer service!
Dealer emailed me stating they would call me, but by the time they did, I had already found a truck I liked and purchased. Maybe next time they will be a little quicker. The salesman on the phone did seem quite nice though.
It took a little while to get a response and when I did it was for the wrong vehicle even though I had included the VIN number in the message. Then I corrected them and they finally responded with the proper vehicle information. The cost was over priced so I never went in to the dealer to even look at it.
Never received information back from dealer and pictures of carfax info I had requested. I called them and they did not seem helpful, more im a rush to get me off the phone. Why would they not followup on someone ready to buy a car?
