I WAS HAVING FILLING AND GUM PAIN PROBLEMS. MR. ALLEN SUGGESTED LISTERINE TOTAL PROTECTION TO REMOVE AND HEAL THE PROBLEM. I MAY NOT NEED ALL BACK TEETH PULLED MY NEXT VISIT.. THE LAST TWO YEAR I HAVE NOT BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS AS I HAD BEFORE, SINCE VISITING ALEXANDER ALLEN, DDS. AND AFTER USING LISTERINE FOR ONE YEAR.

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Was this dentist friendly? Yes Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

I give the two stars based upon the dental hygeniest; India she was very nice, very professional and was pleasant, I give her 5 stars. The debtist Dr. Allen, barely ever even looked at me, he never answered any of my questions and I have been trying to collect my medical records from them for months with nothing but the runaround.
