Oh Assembly at Historic Heights, I really wanted to love it here. It's got all the things from a property that you'd want, especially if you're paying luxury rent prices. Sadly Assembly does not live up to the hype. Parking- for the price I pay, I should be guaranteed a parking spot in the garage. Mind you some people do pay for the closer spots. we have found our home here at Alexan Yale St in Houston and are eager to move in. The team here is truly exceptional and we have yet to get into our unit. The timely responses, assistance throughout the application process, and structured / professional step by step approval process has simply reassured us that we made the best decision for our new home. Samantha and Anastasia have been a huge help from start to finish!
Fantastic customer service- Anastasia is phenomenal! She answered all of our questions and concerns promptly, wrote down a list of suggestions of the best places to get breakfast, coffee, gelato, and the best area to go antiquing- all within walking distance! The Alexan Yale Street complex itself is immaculate- you can tell the residents, as well as the staff, take great pride in it and it's grounds.
