I would rate at less than 1 star if possible. Since moving in this past fall, I have had constant issues with my apartment. I have had to spent nights at laundry mats and have stayed with friends on more than one occasion because of a broken washer/dryer (not deemed urgent enough by the management company to fix within a few days- it took them closer to a week), broken water heater, etc. Additionally, there has been non stop construction in the apartment above mine for the last month. RUN - don't walk - AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not be fooled by recent reviews. The new management group - The Connor Group - incentivizes people to write these glowing reviews. I've been a resident for nearly six years. All was good until The Connor Group took over. When it was time to renew, suddenly my rent increased 20% "to bring the units up to market rate".
