I've lived here for 2 years. Once the initial wow of the view wears off you realize you're being ripped off. There are SO MANY ISSUES. 1. Maintenance requests are the bane of your existence. No updates, no communication and nothing ever actually gets fixed. All just band aids.2. Bugs everywhere, all the time. You will be offered apartments that do not exist. You will pay $199 NON refundable fee. You will notice they are doing non stop apt tours (literally nonstop). You will be told your price will not be honored unless you pay that day (pressured). Make sure you are ok losing that money for a 90% chance of not getting in.
Unpleasant move out, I paid 2 utility bills on the last month. Last bill was the most expensive of them all and I didn't even stay the whole month. What is going on mezzo? Renter beware! This apartment complex, and many other properties owned by The Connor Group are predatory in their business practices. You will experience endless maintenance problems, which will not be resolved. They enter apartments illegally without notifying the tenant as the law requires. The service at Victory Station is extremely poor. Additionally, they have been consistently increasing their prices for the past nine years, charging me more than what they advertise on their website or offer to new tenants. Moreover, this year, I discovered that I am paying $50 more than what my contract specifies, and they have not resolved the issue yet. Every time I inquire about the manager, they claim they haven't heard anything.

The walkways became increasingly dirty and trash began to accumulate in the parking garage area. We are current residents here and honestly we don’t recommend by any means. During the process of applying and everything the leading agents made everything seem perfect. Once we moved in there have been nothing but issue after issue and so far it’s been three weeks and nothing has been fixed. This has been one of the hottest summers we’ve had in a very long time, mind you I’m very pregnant. We have complained about our AC not going below 73-74 for almost three weeks.
