It is the worst place to live, dirty, parking problems, they steal money for services, they lie to you saying that water is included and then they charge you 250 for water, not even electricity is that expensive.
I Continue to enjoy being a member of such a vibrant and friendly community. Neighbors Always offering to help, they tell me it is the Texas way. A friendly smile at reception and prompt attention to my maintenance needs. No wonder I never want to move
