Don't live here. Gas is down constantly - which means no cooking in your own apartment. Currently we're on day 4 of the outage. No definitive date for it being back up has been given. They've offered no reimbursement for rent or the food we've had to buy since we can't cook anything. Staff is uncaring and unhelpful. When asking about the situation and another construction situation (constantly drilling in concrete for 3 days on end), they offer no answers and quickly move on from you with no offers to follow up. Updated: Moved in to find out gas outage every now and then. 5 days straight with no cooking gas. Neighborhood looks great! Specially the trails, restaurants nearby and the park. The interior is upscaled. I'm verying excited to move in soon.
I came to scope out the complex yesterday and Chris did an amazing job showing me around. He answered every single question I had before I even needed to ask it; he really knows what he's doing. He also talked me through everything that goes on in the complex and really made me feel welcomed.
My son was in a bad situation, the original apartment community he leased at was less than desirable and he only had a day to find somewhere else to live. The moment we walked through the doors we knew we were in good hands. Chris was extremely helpful and made him feel at ease. The apartment is beautiful, community is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a seamless process.
I've been living at Alexan Crossings for a month and could not be happier. Chris went above and beyond making sure I found the right unit I wanted in my price range. The location makes it so easy for me to get around. The amenities and community events make being new to the area welcoming. I don't use the gym as much as I'd like, but the close by trails and dog run sure do get a lot of use from me and my pup. I did have a issue with my A/C unit, but it was fixed the same day I mentioned it.
I moved into Alexan Crossings in February of this year, and I have been way more than thrilled with the community. The customer service far exceeded all of my expectations; The leasing staff specifically Ashley has went above and beyond answering any of my question and few concerns. Here at Alexan Crossings there are always resident events, the staff is amazing, and the apartments are top of the line.
Moved in December and love everything about this community. So many events and great amenities open 24 hours. Put me down as your referral and we can split the referral fee, plus you get really great specials leasing here. �
