They could start by actually care truly care about their tenants!!! When they make an error or a mistake they do not own up to it instead they put it on the tenant. They are superficial, greedy and uncaring human beings!!! It is really sad how they treat a person. Gosh if I was a millionaire I would fire them all!
RecommendedI would recommend Alexan but I am still having a problem here with the upstairs neighbors. I have left a message Saturday with no one returning my class. I have personally left a letter for the tenant above to let whomever know that someone is under them. I have left another call to the courtesy officer, but nothing as of yet. I am considering breaking my lease due to the constant inconvenience of noise above me and nothing is being done about the situation! I shouldn't have to continue to call the police and outside sources... read more

I have been living there for a very short period of time but I have realized that the staff is super servicial, they will always help with everything I need and the space and installayions are really New and neat
All they want is your money. They will charge you for anything and everything they can when you move out. We left out unit in great condition and they are trying to charge us $2000. We are getting a lawyer involved. It is a newer community so it looks nice but there are many security issues. It seemed like we got a notification about car break ins in the parking garage at lease once a month. I would not recommend this community to anyone.
I went around a lot and decided to go home here. It wasn't long after the building was built that was entirely neat and promoted, so we could rent it at a relatively low price. Be sure to check us out on any of the sites below!
My husband and I moved from Bloomington, IL to Richardson, TX mid-Aug 2018, and prior to our move, we visited every single apt complex in CityLine. Alexan Crossing stood out to us by far and above the other complexes visited. Once we met Chris at Alexen Crossings, we were sold! Chris was excellent! I do not feel safe here. The GAS LEAKS are a health and safety risk to all the residents. This problem should have been fixed last month when I first notified them I was smelling gas near my unit (2nd building third floor vicinity). I also have not heard of management offering any compensation for food, loss of use, or for inhaling natural gas for these months. Let’s see how this plays out.
