RecommendedSo far so good. Just moved in and everything has been great. The only complaints I have is moving in is not easy with how the building is set up. Also, some of my appliances are not working and I just moved in. I would of expected things like that to be checked and fixed prior to moving in.

This place is a work from home night mare. The internet is always not working yet we are still charged for it every month when it only works for a few days out of the month. I’ve missed work deadlines b/c of this place. The gym is always dirty and all of the equipment is outdated and most of the equipment doesn’t work. Cars get broken into every other day. We’ve had our car broken into twice and tires stolen. If it wasn’t for the fact that our lease doesn’t end till March I would have left this place I am just disgusted all ... read more

They could start by actually care truly care about their tenants!!! When they make an error or a mistake they do not own up to it instead they put it on the tenant. They are superficial, greedy and uncaring human beings!!! It is really sad how they treat a person. Gosh if I was a millionaire I would fire them all!
RecommendedI’m very happy with the quickness and professionalism of both Ashlee & Jorge. Ashlee really made the leasing office smooth. Jorge was helpful in assisting me with all of my questions. The amenities are great. But I really moved here because they provide a shuttle service that will take me directly to MD Anderson, and since I’m headed towards my 3 year cancer remission it’s very important to me. Also find the system to receive packages is neat and convenient.

RecommendedWe moved in at the in August and so far it has been great living here. The apartment is beautiful and all the people we have met here are friendly.
RecommendedI love living here. The neighborhood is so peaceful, clean, and close to everything. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly. They keep us informed with emails and maintenance is super responsive. I feel so safe and happy to be a resident.
