Overpriced and bad property management. Constant construction for two years in the building that disrupts sleep and ability to wfh. Construction interferes with fire alarms so be ready to evacuate at least a few times a month for no reason. Aesthetics are nice but the real issue is with how disruptive the building construction has been.
