I have gone to Dr. Temple a number of times for some chiropractic adjustments due to lower back pain. Every time I’ve seen him my back has felt tremendously better afterward. Fortunately my lower back pain has improved over time — but if it ever returns, I’m giving Dr. Temple a call.
Dr. Temple simply is a genius in chiropractic care. Two years ago I was diagnosed with piriformis syndrome. One morning I woke up and my glutes were paralyzed and my hip flexors took over causing the WORST pain I’ve ever felt in my life. I had to literally crawl out of bed. I found Dr. Temple by chance when I moved to Thousand Oaks at Austin Ranch. Alex might be the best chiro I've ever been to, and I've been to several over the years. I went to him specifically for a pain in my hip as I started a new running workout after not running for years. He not only found that issue, but fixed three others that I didn't even realize were fixable, things I chalked up to just being achy or inflexible or stress-induced.
