I've been dealing with back pain for years and unfortunately, dealing with pain management as well. I've never felt like they care, the appointment would be 5 minutes and if you wanted to bring up a issue or maybe a new symptom they would act irritated. To these other places you're just a number, but Dr. Nelson took the time to have an actual discussion with me on my condition and what he would recommend in addressing it for me. I have a super duper rare disorder that we “knew” and hadn’t gotten the genetic test back just yet and Dr Nelson was amazing. He didn’t dismiss me and I’ve been dismissed by 9/10 doctors due to my rare diseases. There’s 50 of us max worldwide so that should say a lot about him, he left a good impression on me and I’m HIGHLY traumatized from the doctors now ha! Dr Nelson couldn’t be better!
I've been seeing Dr Nelson almost 7 years. He has helped immensely with my back issues. Not only is he incredibly professional, but all of his staff are very courteous and professional to all ages.
Dr Alex Nelson is an exemplary Doctor. I have been seeing him for about a year now. When I initally went in to see him I was going into respiratory distress because of all the narcotics I was currently taking. He developed a plan for me to get off all of my narcotics to allow for the surgical implant of a pain pump. I have never done anything so hard!
