I had to have anterior cervical disc replacement surgery and Dr. Rugino did an amazing job. He made an especially scary time for me a lot less so by taking the time to really explain things and actually talk me through things. He is a doctor who actually cares. He is excellent at what he does and still compassionate when talking to you. I am very thankful to have found him for my surgeon and would definitely recommend him. 10 out 10.
