Dr. Cruz has steered me away from having to go through surgery on my back. He's offered other, less invasive procedures to alleviate the almost constant pain. My feeling is Dr. Cruz really cares about his patients and I'm glad to be one.
Dr. Cruz is the best of the best. His education and training are impeccable. He provides the highest level of care and compassion. He listens, he discusses the issues, and then provides a viable solution. He was the attending physician for my mother in the ER and based on the care he initially provided for her, I then transferred all my orthopedic records for my spinal issues to his care.
Dr. Cruz was behind the morning of my appointment and I didn’t get that info. Until 45 minutes later of waiting. I wasn’t happy about that but I had already been waiting so I continued my appt. This was the first time seeing Dr. Cruz and I really like him. He looked over my previous MRI’s and had me do some X-rays. Explained to me his recommendations. I felt very comfortable with him. Provided me with reading handouts to explain my options. Will definitely see Dr. Cruz again for my ortho issues.
