i am frickin amazed – i truely could'nt be happier, we brought our Samsung 40 inch HD set into Alexs' place thinking it was done for good, after all it was only like 3 years old. it was only there for like less then 20 hours and i recieved a call from Rose telling me it was going to be less then 200 clams to have it fixed, and it would be done the next day. un-frickin-real. service like that now-a-days is like unheard of. i cannot thank the friendly folks at Alexs' shop more for bringing my set back to life. thanks again,you... read more

Complete rip off – I dropped off a Samsung receiver on 6/1/10. They told me 2-3 weeks to fix it. I called them on the 3rd week and they told me there tech hasn't even looked at it yet. I have called 4 times since. and each time they have strung me along. I still don't have my receiver fixed yet they haven't called. Alex Audio and Video in New Hope MN = FAIL

So happy! – These guys are the best, they helped me get Mitsubishi to cover half the repair on my TV that the warranty had already expired on. All around great service and they treated me like they have known me for years. I have already recommended them to co-workers. It is also nice to support a local company.

Fantastic Service! – I have a large screen Mitsubishi projection TV that had two problems. The convergence was wrong on some of the inputs and the TV stopped turning on. I called a number of TV service companies and from the initial phone call Alex Audio and Video was the most knowledgeable. They told me the right way to transport my TV, gave me an affordable estimate and completed all the repairs within the estimate amount. Circuit board repair – AlexAudio&VideoServiceInc brought my dead furnace back to life. Not worth the headache! – Has contract with Best Buy to repair large televisions. Says they will pickup and return television and hook up exactly as the found it, even when asked multiple times. They even go to the trouble of labeling all cables they unhook. But then when they return television any cable they are unsure of they leave on the floor behind television, never informing owner they didn't connect all wires.
