what great service!!! – My old rear-projection TV now longer showed Inputs. I scoured the Internet. Nothing. I wasted $28 on a Internet service that was no help. I called Alex Audio & Video. Alex himself returned my call and help me navigate through the hidden factory menus to reset -- and fix! -- my TV. And he refused payment! He asked only for a recommendation. Here it is, Alex; and I couldn't be more happy to give it. You're the best, man!

Will not go back! Spend your money elsewhere. – I dropped of a monitor after deciding I couldn't fix it myself. From my personal research, I thought maybe the back light had failed, so I figured it wouldn't be too expensive. When I dropped off the monitor I paid the 50 dollar fee to have a tech trouble shoot the problem. When I asked how long it would be before I would get the monitor back the clerk replied with "The tech will look at it when he gets to it." I thus asked a week?
