Sad so say this, for years I loved my Alex and Ani jewelry but it just doesn't last. After my 4th... yes 4th piece of jewelry purchased from Alex and Ani has broken I have given up! There original policy was lovely, you brought in your broken jewelry and they sent it in to be repaired or replaced. In 2017 my second bracelet broke and I learned that their policy had changed, however because they had received this ,infinity love bracelet, often for the same defect they offered us a gift card for it's value to purchase a new it... read more
Today I called 22 stores in 12 states looking for a specific piece. Out of those 22, only Holly at the Winter Park Store took the time to actively try to help me find the item when she realized her store was sold out. She went through Instagram feeds, gave me contact numbers for other stores, and in general made me feel like she truly cared about finding the item I was looking for.
