I will NEVER walk into another Alex & Ani store due to the unfriendly service that I received at this location. I have been there 2 times, once with my daughter and the second time today to purchase the bracelet that she picked out that she wanted for christmas. I was ignored while patiently waiting to be helped and watched as people that entered the store after me were helped while I still waited.
