I was shopping at this location today and I'm very frustrated with the customer service I was given at this store. I ended up not even purchasing the bracelets i wanted because of how I was treated. Not only did one of the sales representatives ignore me in favor of someone else but the lady at the register, Ashley, was incredibly rude about my complaint and processed to mock me in front of other customers! We walked in on a Friday night. It was a madhouse but the staff was amazing. A gentlemen quickly walked up to us and asked if we needed help. The bangle I was looking for wasn't on display and he looked in the back and came up with the one I was looking for plus others that I would be interested in. Great service overall. This will be the store I'll be going to from now on. ❤️

Been here twice for my newest addiction lol. The staff here is amazing! Even when they are so busy, they take the time to answer all your questions and help with everything until you walk out the door! Awesome staff.

Such great service! I took a bracelet in that was so tarnished I never wore it. I said that I wanted to buy a replacement because it stood for the first half marathon I ran in the rain and I had an injured foot. The woman assisting me took the old one and put the new one on me and told me to have a good day. I was shocked!
A fun store - very unusual items! Friendly staff! �
