I couldn’t have been happier with my service... the women who helped me were kind and informative and polite. I will definitely be going back when I’m ready to purchase again!
Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service! They will never get another dollar or recommendation from me! I ordered 2 bracelets on December 26, 2017 and returned them NEXT DAY. Today is January 19, 2017 and I STILL don't have my refund! I called your company and you're still telling me I have to wait at least another week!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
I went there looking to buy a specific set and the sales lady told me that it was sold out. While looking around my husband found three of the five bangles of the set around the store and we basically put the set together ourselves! I bought 6 bangles and was surprised when we got back to the hotel that they only gave me one cloth bag? The care directions specially says not to store them together. I think I spent enough to get a couple more bags.
Everyone was so helpful and nice, never pushy. Overall an excellent experience.
Visited the store at Disney Springs & it was gorgeous!!! Very cool to see the items in person instead of just on a web site!!!!
had a awesome experience picking out my Disney bracelet, while on vacation thanks again .
