Great customer service! A fun experience!
Got my first four bangles in the Caribbean in April. I think I'm obsessed because I have six others plus four in gold ordered! At first I only liked the silver, but have come to appreciate mixing. Also thinking I might need a couple beaded ones. The Alex & Ani folks will need to advise me on that. It must be fun to work there! What a nice store!
Wanted to say thank you to Kyla who helped me with 3 different orders over the phone today for the RESTORE fundraiser on Thursday, in a total of 4 phone calls! So sweet and helpful! I can't wait to visit the store in person the next time I'm in the area!
