Got the Love set for Mother’s Day and the charms on the bracelet turned within a day.. All the money my daughter spent for these.. and the warranty only covers a broken bracelet. Never again.. I am so pissed waste of money piece of junk bracelets..
Went in to ask about repair on a broken bracelet that I paid 60.00 for. The bracelet was damaged due to poor workmanship. This bracelet was purchased over a year ago and does not fall inside their return policy. So they basically shoe’d me out and told me to take it somewhere to get repaired. This company is a billion dollar company and didn’t even offer to pay for repairs to there own bracelet. I have purchased many bracelets for myself, my daughter and for various friends and family for gifts. Will not be returning here. H... read more

Tiffani at Culver Road Armory provided such poor customer service. She was condescending and rude and should find a different position that does not involve working with people.
