RecommendedToday I took my mom to Alex and Ani to get her first bracelet. I ended up buying her three, and they were all from the Harry Potter collection. The ladies who worked there were so nice and helpful. I can't wait to go back!

Just wanted to thank your friendly staff for the great customer service! I came in today to buy a cleaning cloth for my bracelets and was talking to the girls that were working. I told them that two of my bracelets were broken. She told me their products are guaranteed and replaced the one in stock immediately & told me I could just go online and get the other replaced. That's awesome! Thank you!
The store is very amazing the workers are nice and pleasant on My fifth bracelet can't wait to purchase more . I am addicted they are cheaper than Pandora bracelets

I had my first experience at this beautiful store today. I was so warmly welcomed and the lady,( Rachel) who helped us was patient, and kind and very helpful. I was able to try on any and all I was interested in. I will defiantly drive from Ontario to the Buffalo to shop at this store again. Thank you and I love your product.
