I love my Alex & Ani bracelet except that it's tarnished n was never told at time of purchase. I tried cleaning as instructed and nothing. I am very upset not to be able to wear. Will not buy as presents any more
I purchased a necklace as a gift. I told the sales person that it was a gift I was sending out of state and what if she didn’t like it could I return it after the 30 days. She said it would be no problem. Today I tried to return it past the 30 days and I was told I can only exchange it and couldn’t even get a store credit. I was then forced to buy something I definitely did not want and i’m out $70. Will never shop there again and will everyone I know about my extremely unpleasant experience.
