I have ordered an item for my wife's birthday on 12/3 - after their website on Cyber Monday didn't work. I have called their customer service the last 10 days and have not got anyone live on the phone- it's always busy! But they have the time to block me on their Facebook page. They have my money but the item never made it for my wife's birthday on 12/10 nor has it made yet. (12/18). Do not order from their website- horrible. Thanks Alex and Ani for leaving a real bad first impression. Can anyone provide some support?
