Packages get stolen constantly from the package room that has cameras and locked. When telling the office about it they don’t help at all. Car was broken into in the parking garage where a camera was located. They refused to check cameras to see who did it. People constantly driving fast In the community and almost hitting residents. Billed me for utilities usage in unit after I turned over possession. Awful management and lack of communication from community relations team.
Someone is always trashing the hallways in the building where I live and clogging up the trash, shoot and leaving large amounts of trash next to the trash shoot I brought this up to the office a couple times, but it still keeps happening this past weekend. There's a lot of trash training around the hallways again I feel like the people here don't really care they just leave trash all over the place.
