This classless lady living in apt 226 building 3 is EXTREMELY LOUD! Her dog barks all throughout the night/early morning. She has no regard for the other residents. Management nor security do anything! Very sketchy building. Save your money .
I delivered a package here. Guard wants me to leave my ID with them while I walk into the building but I never leave my documents with someone for safety reasons it's my personal ID. Seems like scam.
Huge shoutout to the maintenance team at Alessio! From the incredible cleaning work by Beatriz Montiel and others to the quick and reliable repairs by Josue, Caesar, Jose, Juan, and Martin — everyone goes above and beyond to take care of the community. They are always prompt, courteous, efficient, and friendly. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it’s usually fixed the same day or shortly after. It’s clear they all take great pride in their work, and it shows. I really appreciate them all! 👏👏👏
Packages get stolen constantly from the package room that has cameras and locked. When telling the office about it they don’t help at all. Car was broken into in the parking garage where a camera was located. They refused to check cameras to see who did it. People constantly driving fast In the community and almost hitting residents. No guest parking ever available due to no patrol over the spots and residents parking there instead of paying parking.
