Ale’s Paella Catering ofrece muy bien servicio. El Sr. Ale muy profesional, llego mas temprano de lo acordado para que la comida estuviese lista a tiempo. La Paella quedo deliciosa, en mi opinion y tambien la de mis invitados. 100% recomendado

Ale's catered our event this weekend and the food was awesome! Chef Alfredo gave personalized service, was friendly and professional! Guests raved about the coconut shrimp and empanades!! The paella campescino was the star of the show, delicious flavor and ingredients Thanks again!!!
Thank you for the great food!! Everyone at our party loved it, it was delicious. We recommend to everyone. Prices are also great and they were on time as scheduled.
