I have purchased 3 copiers from Aleratec over the past decade and all are still working just fine, never had a problem! I have found Aleratec products are very reliable and the folks are a pleasure to work with - highly recommended!

We are so grateful for the very helpful customer service we received from Aleratec. They sent a replacement rental USB duplicator to us when we called them at the very last second of the day on a Friday. We received the duplicator on Saturday the next day when we needed it. We would have been in big trouble had it not been for their help. We were able to deliver our product to our client on time all thanks to their ability to respond quickly and helpfully. (Woohoo!).

It todays world, customer service and a real focus on quality performance are ofter things promised before the sale, but lacking afterwards. Alearatec stands out as a company that customers can truly depend on for quality products that work as promised and are very dependable.
