I was impressed that the doctor gave individual responses about Kristi and Lindsey's dental health. We were not charged a "co-pay" according to the dental plan. A prior dentist charged $50.00 per "cleaning" that was not in accordance with the coverage. Also, after at least 6 visits, I never saw the dentist. At the FINAL visit I requested to see the dentist, I was strong armed by a protective office person offering to answer my questions. That was the "straw that broke the camels back". Dr Kim and his staff, Mary and Donna,were very pleasant and professional. Dr Kim's examination was thorough and his explanation of my dental issues was quite complete. I would highly recommend him.
